Let food be thy medicine...
This quick and simple smoothie immediately perked me up and really soothed my throat so I was inspired to share! The thick texture makes it feel more like a treat but I can feel the anti-inflammatory turmeric going to work.
1 cup organic mixture tropical frozen fruit (mango, banana, pineapple, strawberries)
1 small banana
1/2 medium avocado
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp turmeric
Chop banana and avocado. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
