1 lb organic rainbow carrots
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp everyday seasoning blend (Trader Joe's or your favorite brand)
1 tsp creole seasoning
2 tsp nutritional yeast
salt and black ground pepper to taste
1. Wash carrots and chop them into fry shape. Do your best to get them as close to the same size as possible for even cooking.
2. Preheat oven to 400 F
3. Combine olive oil and all spices in a large mixing bowl. Add in chopped carrots and mix until carrots are well coated.
